We do not charge extra or make alterations that may attract additional cost once we have provided you with our estimate. Preparation of estimates and takeoffs
All efforts are made to provide the best estimates and takeoffs, but it is impossible to take responsibility for the variance between such estimates and the cost of the project. There might be moments when the estimate does not incorporate all relevant scenarios or may be influenced by factors such as changing the market or the situation on the site that we hardly learned at the time of the estimate.
As such, do not take our estimates as Gospel because they are intended to be an approximation of the final price. The actual costs can be less or more depending on what is discovered during construction when the costs alter during construction or otherwise. We try to offer useful estimates; however, please be ready for such changes to occur and be prepared for them.

Despite the fact that we provide estimations and take-offs meticulously, it does not afford the rights or warrant in any way since lapse and damage result from using our estimations service. As such, cost overrun, time overrunning, or any such delays in using the estimate prepared through this page do not apply. Estimating or take-off service which is provided to us is only Advisory.
